thought out design and features. Because pour unit is self contained, we can
control the temperature and humidity, keeping the temperature perfect for
your plants. Co2 can be added for increased yields. Furthermore, our unit
boasts an extremely large internal grow volume, so your plants can grow
huge, and result in a bountiful harvest. Also, our system allows flowering
plants to have un-interrupted 12 hours of darkness during their flowering
cycle. Something an open air unit just can not provide. Hence, in other
systems your plants flowering process will be thrown off if light hits the
plants during this dark period. Our unit limits the amount of light the
plant picks up, allowing successful flowering. Finally, our unit is air
conditioned to keep the temperatures in an ideal range for plants that
flourish under colder conditions. In essence, the Flora-Cube creates the
perfect indoor growing environment for most plants, and automates the entire
process including feeding & lighting.

Q: What is
Aeroponics? How Many Plants Does It Grow?
A:
Aeroponics is a type of hydroponic system. The most advanced available. Roots
are suspended in air, and misted with an intermittent nutrient solution. Than
allowed to dry. This sequence of wet/dry accelerates plant growth substantially,
and combined with high levels of oxygen, allows unsurpassed performance. You can
grow up to 20 plants.

is the Flora-Cube Rainforest?
A: About
the size of a small fridge. It will fit under a counter designed for a trash
compactor or mini-fridge.

long will my plants live?
A: As long
as you keep them alive. There is no pre-determined life span.

A: Very
little. A few minutes a week. More time depending on the age of your garden.

week. Longer if plants are small, and temperature is cool.

Q: What if
I travel a lot?
A: You
might want to ask a neighbor or a friend to baby sit your plants. Really just add
water and nutrients as needed.

Q: When
can I begin harvesting?
A: In as
little as 3 weeks. Usually about 5 weeks. You can start harvesting lettuces &
basils 3 weeks after planting your garden. Different herbs will take about 4-5
weeks to be ready to begin harvesting. Fruiting plants will take longer to
harvest. About 10-12 weeks for cherry tomatoes & chili peppers.

Q: Can I
mix Seed Kits?
A: Yes! You
have enough hydroponic grow sites to grow multiple plants. Up to 8 large plants.

will new Seed Kits be available?
A: Check
the web site periodically. We try to release news seeds on a semi-regular basis.

Q: What
kind of light bulbs does it use?
A: The
Flora-Cube uses a multitude of lights. The primary flowering lamp is a 150w high
pressure sodium lamp. This is considered a high intensity lamp. It is surrounded
by two, 105 watt full spectrum fluorescents. The system is topped off with 2
tube compact fluorescents for side growth and illumination.

Q: Do you
ship internationally?
A: No. USA
& Canada only. If you live in a different country, delivery is extremely
expensive and timely. If you still want the unit call us for a shipping
estimate.

Q: What is
your refund/return policy? Warranty?
A: Each
unit is custom built per order once payment has been finalized. Once work has
begun it can not be cancelled or changed. A unit can not be returned; No refunds
can be given. Units will not be re-sold. Damaged units due to shipping will be
replaced if necessary. Damaged parts will be sent individually for self
installation, guided by our technical staff. Unit carries one year warranty.
Unit is guaranteed to be in working condition at time of shipping.

Q: How
long does it take to ship my Flora-Cube system?
A: 4-6
weeks estimated delivery time. However it can be as little as 2 weeks from
payment to delivery. Please allow up to 8 weeks worst possible scenario. Please
understand that these units are custom built per order, by hand in our U.S.
facility.

Q: What
are your shipping procedures?
A: Once
payment is received via cashers check or money order, your unit is custom built
in 7-14 days. Please allow 4-6 weeks for final delivery. Once shipped, you will
be emailed a tracking number. The unit will be delivered by tractor trailer. It
will be shrink wrapped, and tie-strapped down to a pallet. The driver will
delivery curbside. Be sure to have assistance moving the unit inside; it weighs
about 100 pounds. If the unit is damaged, sign so on the bill of lading with the
driver before he leaves, and contact us immediately.
